Ronald Satish Emrit appeals the district courts’ orders dismissing his civil actions
under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). We have reviewed the records and find no reversible
error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s orders. Emrit v. Hagerstown Hous. Auth.,
