PER CURIAM:
Jermaine M. Capel appeals the district court’s order dismissing under 28 U.S.C.
§ 1915(e)(2) his amended complaint raising claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and Title VII
of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17. We have
reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s
order. Capel v. Norfolk Pub. Schs., No. 2:23-cv-00393-AWA-LRL (E.D. Va. Dec. 5,
2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are
adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the
decisional process.
