PER CURIAM:
Christopher Jonas Brooks appeals the district court’s order granting Defendants’
Motion to Enforce Settlement Agreement and denying Brooks’ Motion for Sanctions
Pursuant to Rule 11. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error.
Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order and judgment. Brooks v. Asheville Detox,
LLC, No. 1:25-cv-00058-MOC-WCM (W.D.N.C. July 28, 2025). We dispense with oral
argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials
before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
