2
PER CURIAM:
William Arthur Brown appeals the district court’s order dismissing his 42 U.S.C.
§ 1983 complaint. We have reviewed the record and discern no reversible error.
Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order and judgment. Brown v. Mullis, No. 3:24-
cv-00706-MR (W.D.N.C. Dec. 11, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the
facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and
argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
