AMENDATORY ORDER
Order No. PSC-2026-0347-PAA-EI, 	issued September 	30, 	2026, 	contains 	a 	scrivener’s
error. On page 	4, the amount 	“$510,514” should be “$510,154”. 	Thus, the 	third paragraph of
page 4 should read:
The 	overpayment 	resulted 	in 	contractor 	costs 	reported 	in 	DEF’s 	original
testimony 	filing being 	overstated by $51-Q r514 $510,154 	. 	In 	its 	response, DEF
proposes 	to apply 	this amount 	to 	a 	future storm 	regulatory 	filing. We 	disagree
with 	this treatment, 	as 	it would 	create an unnecessary delay 	in the recognition of
the adjustment. 	Instead, we find that the adjustment to reduce contractor expense
by $510,51 4 	$510,154 be made in this proceeding.
Order No. PSC-2026-0347-PAA-EI 	is reaffirmed 	in 	all other respects.
