Case No. 5:25-cv-102-TKW-MJF RAYMOND DAVIS, Defendant. / ORDER This case is before the Court based on the magistrate judge’s Report and Recommendation (Doc. 15) and Plaintiff’s objections (Doc. 18). P. 72(b)(3), and based on that review, the Court agrees with the magistrate judge’s determination that this case should be dismissed for failure to plausibly allege any constitutional violations. This case is DISMISSED under 28 U.S.C. §§1915(e)(2)(B) and 1915A(b) for failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted. Case 5:25-cv-00102-TKW-MJF Document 19 Filed 12/15/25 Page 1 of 2
