Stephen L. Borrello, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. MCR 7.203(A)(2). The June
1, 2026 order is not a final order as defined in MCR 3.993(A)(3) because it does not place the “minor
under the supervision of the court in a delinquency proceeding.” Rather, the order merely continues the
minor’s probation. MCR 7.203(A)(2). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under
MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-
barred.
