the court, the Court of Appeals’ certification of this appeal to this court is
accepted, and the state’s companion motion to certify is granted. ORS 19.405.

Barrie v. Rosenblum (S065980). Petitioner’s arguments that the Attorney
General’s certified ballot title for Initiative Petition No. 40 (2018) does
not comply substantially with ORS 250.035(2) are not well taken. The
court certifies to the Secretary of State the Attorney General’s certified
ballot title for the proposed ballot measure.
