AUDITOR GENERAL TO ISSUE SUIT FOR COLLECTION OF DUE BALANCES
                  Act of Apr. 14, 1838, P.L. 395, No. 68              Cl. 76
                                  AN ACT

     To authorize the Auditor General to institute suit for the
        collection of any balance which may be found due from
        Lawrence L. Minor, late Clerk of the Senate, and for other
        purposes.

        Section 23.  Preparation of standards
        The Governor of this Commonwealth be and he is hereby
     authorized to have prepared standards of weight, measure and
     capacity, specified in the act of Assembly, passed April 15,
     1834; and he be authorized to carry into effect the provisions
     of the said act as soon as practicable.  1838, April 14, p.l.
