CONSTABLES, FEES FIXED
                 Act of Apr. 23, 1909, P.L. 151, No. 104              Cl. 42
                                  AN ACT

     Fixing the fees to be received by constables in this
        Commonwealth.

        Section 1.  Be it enacted, &c., That from and after the
     passage of this act, the fees to be received by constables in
     this commonwealth shall be as follows:--
        For attendance on court and making returns thereto, two
     dollars and fifty cents per diem.
        For serving notices of their election upon township or
     borough officers, for each service, fifteen cents.
