Pennsylvania Act 1943-280 — SETTING THE TERM OF CONSTABLES

AN ACT

Providing that the terms of constables hereafter elected in cities of the second, second class A and third classes, boroughs and townships, shall be for six years.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. (1 repealed Oct. 9, 2009, P.L.494, No.49)

Section 2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
