HOLMAN LAKE - DESIGNATION

AN ACT

Designating the lake at Little Buffalo State Park, Perry County, as Holman Lake.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. The lake at Little Buffalo State Park, Perry County, is hereby designated and shall be known as Holman Lake in honor of Allan W. Holman, Jr. The Department of Environmental Resources shall erect an appropriate sign indicating this designation.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
