"FISH FUND HATCHERY IMPROVEMENT CAPITAL BUDGET ACT FOR 1990-1991"

AN ACT

Providing for the adoption of capital projects to be financed from current revenues of the Fish Fund.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Short title.

This act shall be known and may be cited as the Fish Fund Hatchery Improvement Capital Budget Act for 1990-1991.

Section 2. Total authorizations.

The total authorizations for the capital projects in the category of public improvement projects for State fish hatcheries itemized in section 3 to be developed by the Pennsylvania Fish Commission and to be financed by current revenues from the Fish Fund pursuant to executive authorizations shall be $2,630,000.

Section 3. Itemization of Fish Commission hatchery improvement capital projects.

(1) Clinton County
(i) Improvements to Tylersville Fish Culture Station	$1,335,000
(Base Project Cost - $1,335,000)
(2) Erie County
(i) Improvements to Corry Fish Culture Station	$1,055,000
(Base Project Cost - $1,055,000)
(3) Forest County
(i) Improvements to Tionesta Fish Culture Station	$240,000
(Base Project Cost - $240,000)

Section 4. Effective date.

This act shall take effect immediately.
