GAME FUND CAPITAL BUDGET ACT FOR 1992-1993 - ENACTMENT

AN ACT

Providing for the adoption of capital projects to be financed from current revenues of the Game Fund.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Short title.

This act shall be known and may be cited as the Game Fund Capital Budget Act for 1992-1993.

Section 2. Total authorizations.

The total authorization for the capital projects in the category of public improvement projects to be acquired by the Pennsylvania Game Commission and to be financed from current revenues of the Game Fund pursuant to executive authorizations shall be $4,733,000.

Section 3. Itemization of Pennsylvania Game Commission capital projects.

The individual capital projects in the category of public improvement projects to be acquired by the Pennsylvania Game Commission, and to be financed from current revenues of the Game Fund pursuant to executive authorizations, are hereby itemized, together with their respective estimated costs, as follows:

(1) Cumberland County
(i) Land Acquisition - 261 Acres$392,000
(2) Lebanon County
(i) Land Acquisition - 108 Acres151,000
(3) Mercer County
(i) Land Acquisition - 635 Acres191,000
(4) Northumberland County
(i) Land Acquisition - 100 Acres120,000
(5) Pike County
(i) Land Acquisition - 2,700 Acres3,750,000
(Payment of this acquisition to be on an installment basis for two fiscal years: one-half in 1992-1993 and one-half in 1993-1994.)
(6) Somerset County
(i) Land Acquisition - 430 Acres129,000

Section 4. Effective date.

This act shall take effect immediately.
