COMMUNITY SERVICES BLOCK GRANT ACT - EXPIRATION DATE

                                  AN ACT

     Amending the act of May 16, 2002 (P.L.315, No.46), entitled "An
        act providing for a community services block grant program;
        and further providing for powers and duties of the Department
        of Community and Economic Development," further providing for
        the expiration of the act.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  Section 13 of the act of May 16, 2002 (P.L.315,
     No.46), known as the Community Services Block Grant Act, is
     amended to read:
      Section 13.  Expiration.
        This act shall expire December 31, [2006] 2011.
        Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
