AN ACT

Designating the bridge carrying State Route 66 over Garrett's Run and the J. Franklin Graff Bridge in Manor Township, Armstrong County, as the 1/112th Infantry Alpha Company Bridge.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. 1/112th Infantry Alpha Company Bridge.

(a) Designation.--The bridge carrying State Route 66 over Garrett's Run and over the J. Frank Graff Bridge in Manor Township, Armstrong County, is designated and shall be known as the 1/112th Infantry Alpha Company Bridge.

(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs which shall display the name of the bridge designated in subsection (a) at each end of the bridge and at the sides of the bridge so that persons traveling on the J. Frank Graff Bridge can see the designation referred to in subsection (a).

Section 2. Effective date.

This act shall take effect in 60 days.
