TRANSPORTATION (74 PA.C.S.) - AVIATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE REAPPOINTMENTS

                                  AN ACT

     Amending Title 74 (Transportation) of the Pennsylvania
        Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the Aviation
        Advisory Committee.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  Section 6304(c) of Title 74 of the Pennsylvania
     Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
      § 6304.  Aviation Advisory Committee.

        (c)  Terms of appointees.--The term of all members of the
     committee appointed by the Governor shall be for three years.
     Any member of the committee may be reappointed for [no more than
     two full successive terms] an additional term or terms. Any
     person appointed to fill a vacancy occurring prior to the
     expiration of the term to which his predecessor was appointed
     shall serve only for the unexpired term. Each member shall serve
     until the appointment of a successor.

        Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
