zur sechsten Änderung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1763/2004 über die Anwendung bestimmter restriktiver Maßnahmen zur Unterstützung der wirksamen Ausführung des Mandats des Internationalen Strafgerichtshofs für das ehemalige Jugoslawien (ICTY)
DIE KOMMISSION DER EUROPÄISCHEN GEMEINSCHAFTEN —
gestützt auf den Vertrag zur Gründung der Europäischen Gemeinschaft,
gestützt auf die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1763/2004 des Rates vom 11. Oktober 2004 über die Anwendung bestimmter restriktiver Maßnahmen zur Unterstützung der wirksamen Ausführung des Mandats des Internationalen Strafgerichtshofs für das ehemalige Jugoslawien (ICTY) 1 , insbesondere auf Artikel 10 Buchstabe b,
in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe:
(1) In Anhang II der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1763/2004 sind die zuständigen Behörden aufgeführt, denen besondere Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Umsetzung der genannten Verordnung zugewiesen worden sind.
(2) Die Niederlande, Schweden und das Vereinigte Königreich beantragten eine Änderung der Adressangaben ihrer zuständigen Behörden —
HAT FOLGENDE VERORDNUNG ERLASSEN:
Anhang II der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1763/2004 wird entsprechend dem Anhang dieser Verordnung geändert.
Die vorliegende Verordnung tritt am Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
Diese Verordnung ist in allen ihren Teilen verbindlich und gilt unmittelbar in jedem Mitgliedstaat Brüssel, den 27. Juli 2005 Für die Kommission Benita FERRERO-WALDNER Mitglied der Kommission
