The penalty shall be a fine for any person who:
- processes personal data in ORBIS or the C-VIS for purposes other than those specified in Articles 109a –109d ;
- processes personal data in the EES for purposes other than those specified in Articles 103c and 103d ;
- processes personal data in ETIAS for purposes other than those specified in Articles 108e and 108f ;
- processes personal data in the CIR for purposes other than those specified in Articles 110a –110d ;
- processes personal data in the MID for purposes other than those specified in Articles 110f and 110g .
