The Swiss Federal Council, having regard to Articles 24, 43, 47, 57c paragraph 2 and 57g paragraph 1 of the Government and Administration Organisation Act of 21 March 1997¹(GAOA)
and Article 6a paragraph 2 of the Federal Personnel Act of 24 March 2000²,³ ordains:
