  1. The fees for assistance provided by the FOCBS are governed by the Ordinance of 4 April 20071on the Fees charged by the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security.
  2. If the IPI is responsible for carrying out the procedure, the fees are based on the FeeO-IPI2.
