Wer wider besseres Wissen grundlos einen öffentlichen oder gemeinnützigen Sicherheitsdienst, einen Rettungs- oder Hilfsdienst, insbesondere Polizei, Feuerwehr, Sanität, alarmiert, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder Geldstrafe bestraft.
