Cadastral Surveying must be approved by the responsible cantonal authorities.
The Federal Council shall issue regulations concerning the main features of the processes and in particular concerning:
1. the data and maps that are subject to approval;
2. the requirements for approval;
3. the co-operation of the federal authorities;
4. the official public review process;
5. the procedural rights of those who have an interest in the property.
