- This Act is subject to an optional referendum.
- Articles 16-18, 34 paragraph 1 letters e and f and Article 39 shall be implemented by the Federal Council on the commencement of the Ordinance of 2 September 2009 on Public-law Restrictions on landownership1. The Federal Council shall determine the commencement date for the remaining provisions.
