Art. 40

If any of the provisions in this Act, the implementing ordinances, rulings or contracts are infringed, the FONES may:

1. take alternative measures at the cost of the obligor;
2. issue precautionary seizure orders;
3. withdraw or refuse authorisations; and
4. impose sales and purchasing restrictions and restrict allocations.
