(Art. 20 BStG) Für ausgeführtes oder zurückgenommenes Bier muss die Steuerrückerstattung in der Steueranmeldung geltend gemacht werden. Übersteigt der Erstattungsbetrag die Steuerschuld, so wird die Differenz zur späteren Verrechnung gutgeschrieben oder auf Antrag ausbezahlt.
