(Art. 20 BStG) Nimmt eine Herstellerin oder ein Hersteller versteuertes Bier in den Herstellungsbetrieb zurück (Retourbier), so wird die Steuer nur zurückerstattet, wenn das Bier ausserhalb des Herstellungsbetriebs nicht be- oder verarbeitet worden ist.
