Angehörige der Armee, die nach Artikel 60 Absätze 1 und 3 MG1sowie nach Artikel 6 der Verordnung vom 29. März 20172über die Strukturen der Armee nicht in Formationen eingeteilt sind, sind ersatzpflichtig, wenn sie keinen jährlich obligatorischen Dienst leisten und ihre Ausbildungsdienstpflicht noch nicht erfüllt haben.
