Art. 10

Where the competent authority of the partner state has submitted a request to the FTA, the Swiss paying agent shall:

1. cooperate in verifying the authenticity of a certificate;
2. provide the FTA with further information for the identification of a relevant person who has been reported to the competent authority of the partner state.
