One-off payments, final withholding taxes and tax finality payments that are transferred late to the FTA shall incur default interest without a reminder, calculated from the date of expiry of the deadlines set out in this Act up to the date of receipt.
The Federal Department of Finance (FDF) shall determine the rate of interest.
