Where the existence of an account or deposit must be disclosed under the applicable agreement, the person named in the request and other persons assumed on the basis of the files to be entitled to appeal under Article 48 of the Administrative Procedure Act of 20 December 19681(APA) shall be informed about the request for information by the FTA.
