Art. 47

The decommissioning order sets forth the need for a permit especially for the following activities:

1. ¹ procedure for the clearance measurement of resulting materials;
2. conditioning of resulting radioactive waste;
3. ² demolition of buildings after their decontamination and clearance measurement;
4. non-nuclear use of installations after completion of the decommissioning process;
5. repeal of security measures;
6. in the case of decommissioning of nuclear power plants, disassembly of the reactor vessel and its surrounding building elements.
