If two or more U-space service providers operate in the same U-space airspace, they shall jointly agree on the details of the U-space services to be provided, in accordance with national regulations and those of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/664.
The FOCA shall be involved in the negotiations. If the U-space service providers are unable to reach an agreement within three months, the FOCA shall advise them after a hearing.
