The types of information relate to information about:
1. the subscribers (Art. 35, 40, 42 and 43 together with Art. 27 in conjunction with these articles);
2. services (Art. 36–39 and 41);
3. the method of payment (Art. 44);
4. the proof of identity (Art. 45);
5. the copies of invoices (Art. 46);
6. the copies of contracts (Art. 47);
7. the technical data relating to telecommunications systems and network elements (Art. 48);
8. the identifiers assigned (Art. 48a and 48b ); and
9. determining the adjacent networks (Art. 48c ).
The authorities may only request the information that persons or entities required to cooperate are required to provide in accordance with the procedures defined in this Ordinance.
