Surveillance Type AS_34 comprises the retroactive surveillance of all communications, communication attempts and instances of network access that have taken place via a specific mobile radio cell or a specific public WLAN hotspot over a period of up to two hours.1
The TSP shall supply the secondary telecommunications data resulting from paragraph 1 relating to previous telecommunications traffic in accordance with Article 60 and 61.
