The PTSS shall record as evidence the telephone calls made in connection with its duties.
Any evaluations of the recording shall be carried out by the data protection officer or the PTSS Data Protection Commissioner.¹
The PTTS shall retain the recorded telephone calls for two years and thereafter destroy the recordings.
