The telecommunications service providers must guarantee that their prices are transparent to their customers.
** They shall inform the public concerning the quality of the telecommunications services that they provide.
The Federal Council shall specify the information that the providers must publish.
OFCOM may inform the public about the various telecommunications services offered by the providers.
