  1. This Ordinance comes into force on 1 April 2007, with the exception of the provisions cited in paragraphs 2 and 3.
  2. Articles 15, 16, 17 paragraph 2, 21 paragraph 1 and 22 paragraphs 1 and 2 come into force on 1 January 2008.
  3. Article 9 comes into force on 1 October 2008.
