(Art. 69d para. 1 RTVA)
DETEC is responsible for delegating the collection of the household fee to an agency outside the federal administration.
If an agency of this type is used, it shall have the official title:Swiss Radio and Television Fee Collection Agency .
DETEC and the collection agency shall regulate the details of the performance mandate and remuneration of the collection agency in a contract.

N1.Pauschalgebühr bei rechtmässiger Betreibung
Nach Art. 62 Abs. 1 lit. c RTVV kann die Gebührenerhebungsstelle für eine zu Recht erhobene Betreibung pauschal eine Gebühr von Fr. 20.-- in Rechnung stellen.
