  1. The cantons shall periodically provide the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN) with information in the form of an overview of the hazard potentials and risks within their territory (risk register), together with the measures implemented.1
  2. To this end, the competent federal and cantonal authorities shall make the necessary information available on request.
  3. The above is subject to legal requirements concerning secrecy.
