Commentaries: Art. 7

(Art. 13 and 14 CISA)

Any party applying for authorisation under Article 13 CISA must submit the following documents to the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA):¹

² the articles of association and the organisational regulations in the case of a SICAV and a SICAF;
the company agreement in the case of an LPCI³;
⁴ the relevant organisational documents in the case of the representative of foreign collective investment schemes.
