1. The company publishes the notification pursuant to Article 22 via the electronic publishing platform of the competent disclosure office. It must also refer to the previous publication relating to the same notifying person.
2. If a company fails to publish a notification or if it publishes an incomplete or erroneous notification, the disclosure offices may publish the necessary information without delay and invoice the company for the costs incurred through the substitute measure. The disclosure offices may publish the reasons for the substitute measure. The company must be informed in advance.
