Pour 12 radionucléides [Nb-91, Nb-91m, Nb-92m, Te-119m, Nd-140, Re-183, Pt-190, Au-196, Bi-208, Po-206, Po-208, Po-209], les valeurs dee inhne sont données ni dans les BSS IAEA ni dans le CD1 ICRP. 9 à 12 Limite de libération, limite d’autorisation et valeurs directrices
9 Limite de libération pour l’activité spécifique en Bq/g (LL). Les radionucléides pour lesquels la contribution de descendants a été prise en compte pour la détermination de la valeur de LL sont accompagnés de la note [2] dans la colonne 9 du tableau. Le tableau ci-dessous indique pour chaque radionucléide pour lequel une descendance a été prise en compte, le dernier radionucléide de la chaine de désintégration compris avec la mère pour le calcul de la valeur de LL.
Exemple: Ra-226 -> Po-214; signifie que les descendants du Ra-226 jusqu’au Po-214 (à savoir, le Rn-222, le Po-218, le Pb-214, le Bi-214 et le Po-214) sont inclus avec la mère pour le calcul de LL.
Pour le H-3 et le S-35, pour lesquels il existe différentes formes chimiques, le calcul de LL dans le rapport de Brenk a été effectué avec les coefficients de dose les plus péjorants pour chacune des voies d’exposition (p. ex., pour S‑35, avec lee ingde S-35 org et lee inhde S-35 inorg). Les valeurs de LL ainsi obtenues ont été appliquées à toutes les formes chimiques du radionucléide.
10 Limite d’autorisation (LA). Les limites d’autorisation sont déduites de la colonne 4, car c’est le danger d’inhalation qui prédomine dans la manipulation de radionucléides en laboratoire. L’inhalation unique d’une activité LA provoque une dose efficace engagée de 5 mSv.
Pour les gaz rares, C-11, N-13, O-15, F-18 et Cl-38 la limite d’autorisation correspond à l’activité contenue dans un local d’un volume de 1000 m3et à une concentration CA selon la colonne 11.
11 Valeur directrice pour l’activité durable dans l’air applicable aux personnes professionnellement exposées aux radiations (CA). L’inhalation d’air à une concentration d’activité CA pendant 40 heures par semaine et 50 semaines par année provoque une dose efficace engagée de 20 mSv.
Pour l’inhalation, on a: CA [Bq/m3] = 0,02 Sv / (e inh . 2400 m3/a).
Pour les gaz rares, le séjour dans un nuage de forme semi-sphérique de grande extension pendant 40 heures par semaine et 50 semaines par année provoque une dose efficace de 20 mSv (les coefficients de dose d’immersione immproviennent de la publication CIPR119 ou, s’ils n’y figurent pas, de la directive ENSI-G14). Dans la plupart des cas, la valeur CA se rapporte au nucléide mère. Les exceptions pour lesquelles la valeur CA du nucléide de filiation est indiquée sont marquées spécialement. Sont également marqués par une note de bas de page les cas où l’immersion provoque une irradiation de la peau ou de tous les organes et où la dose par immersion est plus importante que celle par inhalation. [5]: pour Kr-88, on a indiqué les valeurs du nucléide de filiation en cas d’immersion. [3]: déduite de la dose efficace en cas d’immersion. [4]: déduite de la dose délivrée à la peau en cas d’immersion. Dans ce cas, le coefficient de dosee immpour la peau provient de la référence [Federal Guidance Report N°12, External Exposure to Radionuclides in air, water and soil, Keith F. Eckerman and Jeffrey C. Ryman, Sept. 1993].
12 Valeur directrice pour la contamination surfacique en dehors de secteurs contrôlés, moyenne sur 100 cm2(CS).
La valeur de CS se base sur les scénarios suivants, le plus défavorable étant retenu:
– une irradiation continue durant toute l’année (8760 heures) par la contamination de la peau conduit à une dose équivalente de 50 mSv par année (1/10 de la limite de la dose à la peau);
– une ingestion quotidienne de l’activité se trouvant sur une surface de 10 cm2conduit à une dose efficace de 0,5 mSv par année;
– une inhalation unique de 10 % de l’activité se trouvant sur 100 cm2conduit à une dose de 0,5 mSv (1/10 de la limite d’autorisation);
– une valeur maximale de 1000 Bq/cm2.
13 Nucléide de filiation instable
13 Nucléide de filiation instable; -> signifie: se désintègre en …; en cas de désintégration en plusieurs nucléides, ceux-ci sont séparés par une virgule; une deuxième flèche indique une série de désintégration. [6]: la valeurh 10du nucléide de filiation dépasse 0,1 (mSv/h)/GBq à une distance de 1 m (suivant le cas, prendre en considération le nucléide de filiation).

Mélange de nucléides
Dans le cas de mélanges de nucléides, la règle d’addition est applicable aux colonnes 9, 11 et 12: Règle permettant de contrôler le respect de limites d’activité dans le cas d’un mélange de nucléides; à cet effet, les différents nucléides sont pondérés en fonction de leur risque radiologique. Dans le cas où les inégalités ci-dessous sont satisfaites, le mélange est en dessous de la limite de libération ou de la valeur directrice de contamination surfacique.
