Le Conseil fédéral suisse,
vu l’art. 99 de la loi fédérale du 2 avril 19081sur le contrat d’assurance,
arrête:
Le Département fédéral de justice et police détermine les exigences particulières auxquelles doit répondre la police de libre-passage.
La présente ordonnance entre en vigueur le 1eravril 1966.
