Le Département fédéral de l’environnement, des transports, de l’énergie et de la communication,
vu l’art. 32a bis, al. 2, 2ephrase, de la loi du 7 octobre 1983 sur la protection de l’environnement1,
arrête:
La taxe d’élimination anticipée sur les emballages en verre prévue par l’art. 9 de l’ordonnance du 5 juillet 2000 sur les emballages pour boissons (OEB)2se monte à:
La présente ordonnance ainsi que les art. 9 à 14, 16 et 17 OEB3entrent en vigueur le 1erjanvier 2002.
