842.11Departmental Ordinance1 févr. 2004
du 27 janvier 2004 (État le 1erjanvier 2013)
Le Département fédéral de l’économie, de la formation et de la recherche (DEFR)1,
vu les art. 3, al. 2, et 8, al. 6, de l’ordonnance du 26 novembre 2003 encourageant le logement à loyer ou à prix modérés (OLOG)2,
arrête:
En règle générale, les investissements doivent s’élever en moyenne à 50 000 francs par logement.
Pour les immeubles neufs et pour les rénovations complètes impliquant une importante modification des plans, les montants forfaitaires sont fixés à:
La présente ordonnance entre en vigueur le 1erfévrier 2004.
