Le CCG octroie des concessions tarifaires pour les produits agricoles originaires de Suisse aux termes de l’Annexe I du présent Accord. La Suisse octroie des concessions tarifaires pour les produits agricoles originaires du CCG conformément à l’Annexe II du présent Accord.
Les Parties examinent toute difficulté susceptible de surgir dans leurs échanges de produits agricoles et œuvrent à rechercher des solutions appropriées.
Les Parties s’emploient à poursuivre leurs efforts en vue de développer la libéralisation de leurs échanges agricoles dans le cadre de leurs politiques agricoles respectives.
Les Parties confirment les droits et les devoirs prévus par l’Accord sur l’agriculture de l’OMC5, sauf disposition contraire du présent Accord.
Le présent Accord entre en force ou est appliqué provisoirement dès la date à laquelle l’Accord de libre-échange entre en vigueur ou est appliqué provisoirement entre la Suisse et le CCG. Il reste en vigueur aussi longtemps que les Parties contractantes restent Parties à l’Accord de libre-échange.
En foi de quoi les soussignés, dûment autorisés à cet effet, ont signé le présent Accord.Fait à Hamar, le 22 juin 2009, qui correspond au 29 joumada II de l’an 1430 de l’hégire, en deux exemplaires originaux en anglais.(Suivent les signatures)
