173.321Federal Assembly Ordinance1 apr 2024
del 15 marzo 2024 (Stato 1° aprile 2024)
L’Assemblea federale della Confederazione Svizzera,
visto l’articolo 1 capoverso 4 della legge del 17 giugno 20051sul Tribunale amministrativo federale;
visto il rapporto della Commissione degli affari giuridici del Consiglio degli Stati del 12 ottobre 20232;
visto il parere del Consiglio federale del 22 novembre 20233,
decreta:
L’organico del Tribunale amministrativo federale comprende al massimo 65 posti di giudice a tempo pieno.
L’ordinanza dell’Assemblea federale del 17 marzo 20174sui posti di giudice presso il Tribunale amministrativo federale è abrogata.
Fino al 31 dicembre 2029 possono essere provvisoriamente occupati al massimo 70 posti di giudice a tempo pieno. Dopo questa data i giudici uscenti per raggiunti limiti di età non sono sostituiti fintanto che il numero dei posti a tempo pieno non è ridotto a 65.
La presente ordinanza dell’Assemblea federale entra in vigore il 1° aprile 2024.
