Il Consiglio federale svizzero,
visto l’articolo 199 della legge federale del 14 dicembre 19901sull’imposta federale diretta (LIFD),
ordina:
La facoltà di emanare disposizioni di esecuzione concernenti la LIFD è delegata, nei seguenti campi, al Dipartimento federale delle finanze:
La presente ordinanza entra in vigore il 1° gennaio 1995.
