Il Consiglio federale svizzero,
visti gli articoli 13 capoverso 3 e 19 capoverso 2 della legge del 16 giugno 20171
sui fondi di compensazione,
ordina:
L’istituto «compenswiss (Fondi di compensazione AVS/AI/IPG)» ha sede a Ginevra.
Gli organi dell’istituto hanno la competenza di prendere i provvedimenti necessari per l’avvio dell’attività del medesimo. A tal fine possono in particolare concludere contratti con terzi.
